We have been baking great bread at our bakery since 1985. Our craft bakers use traditional methods and hand mould our bread to create truly memorable loaves. Our bread is baked fresh daily, and can be pre-ordered for collection and for larger orders we offer a wholesale delivery service. Our bread is enjoyed in Restaurants, Hotels, Cafés and delicatessens across South Devon.
We also bake a wide range of homemade quiches, pies and cakes. For the cholocate lover, your should indulge in our famous dark chocolate or luxurious white chocolate cheesecake. |

Sunflower Cake : A white loaf mixed with poppyseed and sesame seeds, coated in sunflower seeds and baked in a cake tin to give it a unique shape. |

Where is our flour from?
Cann Mill
Our Stoneground Organic Wholemeal Flour, Wholemeal Flour, Spelt Flour and Rye Flour comes from Cann Mill in somerset. The Stoates family have been milles since 1832. The stoneground flour is all produced using millstones primarily driven by a late 19th Century overshot waterwheel. The flour has won many prestigious awards including

ADM Milling
Our White Flour, Strong French Flour and Malted Harvester Flour and Organic white flour is produced by ADM Milling in Bristol.
